AKAA

It was an honor and a pleasure to be invited to participate in a panel discussion at AKAA, Also Known As Africa.  The panel was chaired by Sara Alonso Gómez Art Historian and Curator who has activities in Cuba. We have started preliminaries discussion to include Cuban artists in our residency in South Africa in partnership with the Project Space and Entabeni Farm. We have been privileged to discover the work of Ann Gollifer at the gallery Guns and Rain of Julie Taylor. Didier Claes was also presenting an amazing solo booth by Kendell Geers. Dalila Dalléas performance piece as well as many more artists whom produced amazing work during the course of the fair.
